Red Door Tours planned an extraordinary trip for two colleagues and me this spring. We were working in Casablanca and wanted to travel around afterwards. Red Door picked us up at the hotel once we were finished working and drove us to Essaouira, the Atlas Mountains, and Marrakesh. They ensured that we had tour guides everywhere, booked our riads and excursions, and were flexible with special requests (we specifically asked for the Atlas Mountain stop). The riads were all well-chosen--beautiful and accommodating places that really added to our experience in each location. We loved the oceanside riad embedded in the ramparts around Essaouira's old town with its stunning views and stylish interiors, the breezy mountaintop riad that served a cozy homecooked dinner after our hike, the Marrakesh riad whose icy plunge pool was just the thing after hot days in the souk. My favorite experiences included listening to punked-out Gnaoua music in a cafe in Essaouira after strolling through the night market, hiking to a waterfall and enjoying fresh squeezed juice from oranges chilled in a stream, the class in which we learned how to make couscous and two kinds of tagines at a cooking school for women, buying carpets woven by women from the Atlas Mountains from a shop on the waterfall hike trail.

Magical Morocco 2023 marked my second tour with Nicole, and once again she effortlessly showcased the country's culture, cuisine, arts, and crafts. Nicole's meticulous planning left no detail overlooked, ensuring a flawless experience with Red Door Tours. Nicole planned a magical private tour of Morocco for our family of four. The thoughtful itinerary maximized our time to see a truly incredible country. My Red Door Tour to India was so much more than I expected. With local guides we explored and could ask questions about everyday life. While the usual attractions were seen, for me the incidental things we did were some of the best highlights. That comes from great contacts and knowledge of the area. Words can hardly do justice to my Indian adventure with Red Door Tours. A perfectly curated itinerary with Nicole and Imran pivoting on a moment's notice when needed,  while ensuring that each guest's needs were met. At the end of each day I thought it couldn't possibly get better, just to be blown away again the next day. My fellow travellers were amazing and I wouldn't hesitate joining Nicole on a future tour. If you are thinking of a trip to India I highly recommend Red Door Tours run by Nicole. The attention to detail, special care re food, fabulous accommodation were just part of a wonderful experience. I’m so pleased I was able to hop on the Reddoor Rajasthan  tour at the last minute. Nicole and Imran looked after us so well making sure that everyone was able to access all the activities and keeping us informed throughout our journey. I’ve always wanted to visit India and couldn’t have chosen a better group of people with whom to travel and share the experience of such a ‘country of contradictions’. I have just returned from an amazing tour of India with Nicole at Red Door Tours and it was a trip that will remain with me always. Nicole, Imran, AJ and Vinrod made it possible for us to see the majesty of India, the extraordinary architecture, and the graciousness of their culture. We were also able to see regional India as well, visiting a family farm, seeing a couple making bricks, a carpet making cooperative, it made the trip so much more enjoyable seeing all aspects of Indian life. Nicole's attention to detail is second to none, the accommodation exceeded expectation and the food was all you could expect from such a fabulous country. My first time in India has been a fabulous experience, thanks to Nicole Farrell's  Red Door Tours. Nicole and guide Imran, took it to the next level, ensuring  we were shown the "real" India in the cities and rural areas of this fascinating and vibrant country. Thank you Red Door Tours - Nicole and your team including Imran, AJ & Vinrod for giving me the opportunity to be captivated by the history, the wonder and the charm of India and especially India’s smiling friendly people. This trip from the day I first asked if you still had space on this tour to the final day in India featuring a cooking class has simply been amazing. As a solo traveler I could not have chosen a better company to travel with.  Nicole,  your personal attention to all of your clients is exceptional, providing always, timely friendly informative customer service.  Plus the quality of hotels, meals, additional tour guides could not be faulted as they were all great.  I now know why so many on this trip have previously travelled with you, hence the reason I will soon join this group by booking my next Red Door tour. The Royal Rajasthan tour plus the Varanasi extension were a perfect balance of the old and the new India and there hasn’t been a moment from start to finish that wasn’t “10 star amazing” - thank you.
