What makes our tours different?

Our tours focus on creativity, culture and connection. We’ll handle the logistics so you can enjoy a hassle free, safe and fun holiday. We attract guests who are curious, creative, adventurous and open to new experiences.

Who are tours for?

Our tours are suitable for all keen travellers from all over the world. You need an open mind and go with the flow attitude as this is necessary when travelling in a group. We welcome solo travellers and will endeavor to help find a roommate if required. We also welcome partners and husbands.

Our specialised textile tours include more than just textile experiences.

What hotels do we use?

We have hand-picked hotels in line with our travel philosophy.

We look for hotels with character and in keeping with the country we are travelling in.

We’ve chosen a gorgeous riad in Marrakesh, palace hotel in Jojawar and heritage hotel in Jaipur.

Our hotels are all clean and comfortable and are 3 – 4 star quality.

Are transfers included?

Yes, if you arrive/depart on the day the tour begins and concludes, transfers are included.

For other days, we can arrange transfers for an additional fee.

How flexible are the tours?

Our tours have a maximum of 15 guests which allows for flexibility.

Do I need to be physically fit?

Yes, a low level of fitness is required.

You need to be able to participate in walking tours, sometimes on uneven, cobblestone surfaces.

You also need to be able to walk up several flights of stairs as our boutique hotels rarely have lifts.

(Don’t worry, you don’t have to carry your suitcase)

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

We’ll do our best to satisfy your dietary requirements.

Please ensure you notify us at the time of booking.

We suggest printing an information card in the local language, clearly stating foods you should avoid.

When will my booking be confirmed?

Step 1: Book your tour online (or call if you’d prefer) and pay your $800 AUD deposit.

Step 2: Complete the booking process by filling in the form online (emailed upon  payment).

Step 3: You’ll receive an email containing a welcome kit and confirming your booking.

Step 4: Get excited……your adventure awaits!

How can I pay?

We accept bank deposits or credit card payments (VISA or MASTERCARD).

When is the final payment due?

We require a $800 deposit to secure your place on the tour.

Final payment is due 90 days prior to travel.


Do I need a visa?

Most people require a visa for India but not for Japan, France or Morocco. It is your responsibility to obtain advice and necessary visas.

Check with your travel agent, consular office or the Smart Traveller website.

All passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the duration of your tour.

Do I require travel insurance?

It is a requirement to have a valid travel insurance policy when joining a tour.

It is recommeded you take out insurance upon booking the tour.

Can you recommend a travel agent?

Please choose a travel agent wisely. We are reluctant to give recommendations.

Are tips included?

For tours from 2023 onwards, we will be including tips in the cost of the tour.

For bookings made in 2020, tips are not included.

Do I need vaccinations and medical advice?

We suggest you visit your doctor for advice on vaccinations and medication prior to travel.

You are required to follow the health advice of the country we are visiting.
